The entire population of Gaza has been affected by escalated hostilities that are unparalleled in intensity, brutality and scope. Three-quarters of the population are displaced. A group of independent UN experts warn famine has spread throughout Gaza after more than ten months of war; law and order are breaking down and humanitarian aid is actively blocked.
